EMPOWERING AND
ENLIVENING THE
CITIES WE INHABIT

Established in 2021, Urbium Capital was founded by a core team formerly of an established global asset manager. Together, we ventured out to build an impact-driven real estate investment firm spearheaded by an institutional team of professionals.

Our network and track record allow us the luxury of being selective in our transactions, bringing forth exclusive investment opportunities to our stakeholders. We rely on deep local-market knowledge and strong relationships cultivated over a combined 35 years of European investment experience to offer expertise in sourcing, transaction execution, asset management and financial structuring.

Putting our
people first

We have built a firm that puts our people first, enabling us to make our process personal, agile, and sustainable; and with guaranteed alignment through our mantra: “you invest, we invest”, we have set the sharing of risk and rewards at the heart of our culture.

At Urbium, your capital does not stop at achieving targeted returns. We lead with transparency, showing you exactly how far we can stretch the impact of your dollar to turn attractive investments into positive environmental and social outcomes.
